TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JAZZING UP AUGUST PROMOTION
The following terms and conditions apply for “JAZZING UP AUGUST Competition.”
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with PRIME RADIO GROUP General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will run Monday 11th of August till Friday 29th August 2008.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Contestants enter via listening to the radio station for the cue to call to get into the draw.

3. PRIZE

One double major prize consisting of:

Two return airfares from local market to Brisbane, 3 nights accommodation, 2 x 3 day passes which gets you in to see everything, dinner, river cruise and a tourist activity at the Noosa Jazz Festival Sept 4 – 7th 2008.


Conditions of prize:
•Valid as per prize conditions.
•Prize cannot be exchanged for alternate destination or change dates.
•Winners must be 18years of age or older.
 
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO GROUP against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. PRIME RADIO GROUP suggest to the winner that prizewinners take out travel insurance and take no responsibility for any actions incurred if they don’t.

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO GROUP and participating sponsors are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.

7. SELECTION OF WINNER
Major winners will be chosen randomly from the daily winners. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
